One-Year Local Studio Scholarship

Two dancers are awarded this $1000 tuition scholarship award.  At the regional auditions two dancers are selected in each level and filmed at the Closing Ceremony performing the audition combination.  The 78 eligible dancers are viewed by the national judges and the lucky recipients are announced with the National Awards.  The award includes $250 in tuition per quarter and up to $1,000 annually.  Simply complete and return a quarterly payment statement and the award is paid directly to the recipients dance school.

Requirements and Policy

The recipient is required to attend at least one dance class per week and be a student in good standing with their school. The local studio must verify the students’ performance in order for payments to continue. Should the recipients’ performance fail or they leave the dance school, the award will terminate. The award may not be transferred, exchanged, refunded or awarded in any other manner than what is stated herein.
